Shipping policy

We ship via Correios de Portugal, DHL and International Post secured shipping with signature upon delivery and basic online tracking. All items are shipped from Portugal.

Once your order is dispatched, shipping usually takes 1 business day for Portugal Mainland and Madeira Island orders, 2 days for Azores Island, 1-5 days for European orders, 24-48H for US and 4-7 days for other countries depending on destination.

If you're ordering from outside EU, your order may be subject to import taxes and customs duties. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

If an item is unclaimed and returned to us, we will be in touch regarding shipping it again however the recipient might be charged a new shipping fee depending on circumstances.
